As someone who spends far too much time in hotel rooms all over the place, I am aware of the inevitable array of highly coloured brochures that greet you as you pass the side table walking into your room for the first time on the way to look at the view. How, I thought, can we make this one different? Ask our staff what they really liked about Cornwall and to say that in a way that made you really want to go and see everything.
